Order for Sewon Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd. in South Korea, for LHC3 Separation Section at Dow Chemical plant in Terneuzen, The Netherlands: 7 towers 1 reactor in three stages 35 horizontal and vertical drums The calculations we performed contained the specific design Code calculations, in this case Stoomwezen "Rules for Pressure vessels", for the above mentioned equipment, with next dimensions: - towers with shell I.D. between 1250 mm up to 3700 mm and height between 25 and 60 m; - reactor three stages type, with three stacked shells contained in the same tower type structure, with shell I.D. 2800 mm, each shell approx. 8 m, total equipment height 36m; - drums with shell I.D. between 1000 mm up to 4500 mm; for some of the vertical drums tower calculations were also performed. The materials from witch the equipment was manufactured consisted from: - plain C.S.
